Here is the link to Microsoft Office, I like to get the Key Card.  Download works but we wind up spending more time to get the license key attached.  These keys are good for the life of the computers motherboard. You will need one for each PC you purchase.  This is not a subscription product so you "own" the software for the life of the computer.
